I watch a lot of mom RUclipsrs. An embarrassing number we shall not discuss, but I defend myself based on the fact that I am currently in that weird transition time of life, where my oldest is 18 and my youngest is 10 and I'm in that limbo where I still have interest in the moms with littles underfoot as well as the moms who have teens and the moms with the empty nest. All of that said, to say to you.... I, personally, don't need to have a big production or presentation. I'm not looking for hustle and bustle. Sometimes, I just want to turn on a video of a fellow mom, who is tidying her house up, just like me, and all I really want is the swish and thump of her broom as she sweeps, the slam of the screen door as a big kid arrives home, soft voices in the background, and maybe some light music. Other times, I am thrilled to see your overgrown garden, bustling with bees and butterflies and the odd caterpillar you find, because MY garden is overgrown and there's more butterflies and bees in it that there is common sense and order. Sometimes we moms just want someone to fold the laundry with, or wash dishes with, or grocery shopping with, as mundane and infancy as those things may seem, they kind of are, where Parisienne Farmgirl began and we all know, you can take the girl out of the farm but you can't take the farm out of the girl. 😉 You have grown over these years and you've polished your rough edges and you gleam a little different, but you roped most of us in and had us clinging to your content with narry and whisper of complaint, many years ago, just doing the normal everyday things. Take us back to our roots ... Let's go sit in your garden and sweat in the summer sun with a mason jar of tea, let's go wash supper dishes in your gorgeous copper sink together, take us cleaning with you in the tiny bathroom and the little room between rooms and the room with the Velvet couch.

My daughter is 38 and my son is 30😮 We all live in different states 😭 I’m sorry, but I will forever be devastated that we are not together🙏🏼♥️ Went by so quickly You have been going full sped for years with kids, moves, businesses, home schooling, trips…. 😳🤯🤯 You 2 are amazing and have the patience of saints🙏🏼🥰 You worry abt yourself and your family!!!! ALWAYS⭐️⭐️⭐️ As in life, you are evolving!!!

Everyone needs a sabbatical to refresh your mind and creativity. The Sabbath is spoken about in the Bible, the last day is to rest. The first six days to work. College professors take a sabbatical. Farmer rotate their land every 7 years to rest the land. RUclips will always be here. Enjoy your rest.

My eldest son moved out the minute he turned 18. It wasn't on good terms... The heartbreak felt like a death. I grieved as if he died. Everything began to be reconciled when he became a father two years later. As a mother of both boys and girls, it's the hardest for a boy to go. The girls stay close enough, and let you still mother them that it doesn't feel as horrible. But the boys brush off their mama. I guess that's how it's supposed to be, but super painful. I'm excited for you to have a break. I'll be here when you get back!

Oh my goodness! My daughter and son in law just had their son move out. He left NY to go to school in Amsterdam. They have been crying for days! We raise them to be independent but when they fly it’s heartbreaking! I remind my daughter that she did a great job in raising her children (cause they forget I had children who left me too !). Life has so many twists and turns. Do what makes you happy and comfortable.

Just film…. Randomly without editing. Don’t make it a theme or talk and discuss. Just free flow snip its.

You’ve been burning the candle on both ends for a while - please enjoy some well-deserved R & R! Having your first child move out is heart wrenching ~ I cried for weeks when my son packed up and moved from MA to GA 3 years ago at the age of 22 to follow his dream of being a musician. He calls and texts me more than when he lived here! It’s definitely an adjustment but everything will be okay! Thinking of you!❤

Angela! Last year I took a month off from my channel & it didn’t affect my channel one bit! I decided every year I’m taking every Oct off!😊 I need it & those that are true followers understand and were here waiting for us when we got back! Enjoy the time off from the channel!❤

Parisanne Farmhouse 2.0 ....coming I get it. I am doing the same in my own life. I took time off from life....TO create to the next level in my own space. And when one wants to go to the next level....a step aside (not back) to gather it all together. One needs all their creative juices without distractions...other than daily life. See you next month. P.s. it's been a difficult year for myself with being a mother wanting to spend time with my daughter. This year she has been absent...well for the past few years. Friend. Work. Boyfriend. Friends. ....mother is last. Thank goodness for pets, gardening and creative pursuits or I would have lost it. The heart can only handle so much. Hang in there momma and papa. You built a strong base.

We have also had our first child (a son)move out a few months ago. Wow! It was and still is tough! 😢 so I can sympathize. We homeschool and are a close family. I get algorithms etc, etc.. _tough._ Make and post videos only when you feel inspired to do so and trust that those who are meant to find you will, and all who are subscribed will be notified. You can cater to YT’s rules and burn out, or stick it to the man and be master of your own ship. *Choose.*

A sabbatical will do wonders for you, Angela. Even Jesus took a periodic break. My kitchen renovation was super stressful. I even compromised to speed things up....I SHOULDN'T HAVE.

Angela you are so precious and I love your channel, but saying that your life and your family is most important. Life is short….we all love you and you need to take time for yourself and your family.
